Also known by its botanical name – Peucedanum graveolens – dill is a member of the Apiaceae family, which also includes carrots, celery, parsley and yarrow. It’s probably most recognizable as the primary flavor in dill pickles and ranch dressing, but the feathery aromatic leaves can also add a little herbal magic to potato dishes, eggs, fish, chicken and so much more.

Ingredients
- 3 T dill, dried
- 7 T parsley, dried
- 7 T onion flakes, dried
- 1 T salt
- 1 tsp guar gum (optional)
Instructions
- Powder everything
- Blend well and store
- Use approximately 1-1/2 T per cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt (or a blend of the two)
