Can you believe it’s almost April??
There’s nothing better than hitting the growing season! It’s a super busy time for gardeners – I hope you’re as excited as I am.
This month, our lives are going to focus on a couple of spring foraging plants: stinging nettles and dandelion, which you should be able to find growing around you. The greens in these recipes can be replaced with spinach if you want (but I’d rather you use the wild greens!)
