Work smarter, not harder!
Onion soup mix is one of those multi-taskers that’s good for so much more than just soup. It’s easy to make and tastes SO much better than the store-bought stuff. And this version gets an extra boost of nutrition with an herbal secret ingredient. ??
Ingredients
- 1 c dried onion flakes
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp celery or lovage seed (or minced, dried lovage)
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup beef bouillon granules or bouillon paste (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together; store in an airtight container
- 1 envelope dried soup mix = 5 T mix (if you added bouillon, then it will be approximately 7 T)
